Reps with Rachael is my fitness personality—real, loud, and built for women who want strength without the fluff. I’ve been in the fitness industry for 20 years and owned my own studio for six, but motherhood shifted everything (in the best, messiest way).
Now I’m all about training that fits real life: heavy lifts, sweaty sessions, and the honest truth about balancing kids, chaos, and taking care of yourself. You can catch me teaching at Mind Muscle Studio in Middleton on Sunday mornings — starting the week strong, one rep at a time.
