Welcome to The Rachael Edit — where we’re strong, styled, and slightly unhinged (in the most relatable way possible).

If you’re new here, here’s the vibe: real life, real time. Some days I’m lifting heavy to stay sane, some days I’m chasing kids and wondering how the house is trashed again 12 minutes after I cleaned it, and some days I look put together enough to fool strangers… while running on caffeine and chaos. This blog is where it all goes — the wins, the mess, and the “okay but same” moments in between.
You’ll find everything from easy, realistic home improvement projects (the kind you can actually do without a full HGTV c
rew) to my current fitness plan — what I’m working on right now, what’s actually helping, and what I’m tweaking when life inevitably life’s. I’ll share workouts, routines, and the honest stuff too: motivation comes and goes, but momentum is the goal.
You’ll also find favorite recipes — and full transparency, most of them are made by my husband because he’s the real MVP in our kitchen. Expect weeknight staples, family-friendly meals, and whatever we’re currently obsessed with (and making on repeat).
And because style is my happy place: every month I’ll share my favorite outfits — even though I’m a chronic fit repeater and proudly believe that if it’s cute and it works, we’re wearing it again (and again).
